Whirlpool Goldstar GI5FSAXVY02 Frost in Freezer

Whirlpool GI5FSAXVY02 with control board WPW10310240

I am getting frost in the freezer compartment. I have checked the gasket and it seals tightly.  I want to initiate a forced defrost  as the next step in diagnosing the problem, however I am unable to find the instructions for my model/control board.

Would someone please advise the correct procedure to force the defrost as part of my diagnostics.

Also any advice on the next steps would also be appreciated.

Thank you

Where exactly is the frost... at the back cover of the evaporator? Some pictures could help.

If the frost is upfront, on sides, the top ceiling... it's not a defrost problem, but air leaking into the freezer.

If it's icy-frost on the bottom... the drain tube is clogged up.
