Trying to replace my fridge compressor's capacitors. Having trouble!

I'm pretty sure the capacitors were bad on my old side-by-side Admiral fridge (compressor cycling on and off, but the fan works and I cleaned the coils).

I have a Supco 3-in-1 replacement. I have properly attached the Supco capacitor to the compressor's common, start, and run terminals.

Now I need to attach the live and neutral lines to the Supco capacitor. But I have three leftover wires! A black (with two connectors), a white, and a blue. So I have four potential points of connection. I've watched every gosh darn 3-in-1 installation video on Youtube and none of them talk about this at all.

I'm totally stymied on what to do. Do I cut the black wire proximal to the two connections, and then attach that to one power wire on the Supco and the white wire to the other power wire? What do I do with the blue wire?

The original capacitors were two, not one like many videos seem to assume. One was a small round one held fast to the side of the compressor (I'm guessing the safety relay, which is also known as the run capacitor?) and the other is a box (the start capacitor, I believe). Here's some photos. Not sure if you can make out what's going on. https://imgur.com/a/oSLfH6M

Fridge model number HMG-22844.
