Maytag side by side fridge ice in door not dispensing ice. M#MSS26C6MFZ00

My side by side maytag refrigerator at home stopped dispensing ice. I've taking it apart and im about 90% sure its the dispenser motor (auger motor). When I paddle for crused or cubed ice the duct door opens with no problem but thats it. Water works fine. So im getting about 67 volts from each wire to ground DC- & or + dependingon the cubed or crushed selection. But not motor action. Is 67 volts to ground enough voltage? Or should I have 125 volts DC to ground like the specs on the motor itself states?
