Kenmore Elite 795.72483.411 water dispenser

Kenmore Elite 4-door refrigerator 795.72483.411 problem. Ice maker works fine, but no water from dispenser. The main water inlet valve, the solenoid valves in the door are OK, filter not clogged, water pressure 60 psi, water line from solenoid valve door open and not frozen. The dispenser display on the door lights on all settings. When the water mode is activated can hear the solenoid hum. What else do I need to consider to get the water dispenser operating?

I have same problem. service manual shows to check voltages on connector 2, pin 11 and B (neutral). I cannot find B.

Wiring diagram does not show wiring inside door.

That B on the wiring diagram is so they don't have to draw a line to the other end. It connects to the "B" on the main board con 2 pin 5. BTW it's the same blue wire at the top of the door hinge.
