Need wiring diagram for old JennAir single wall oven Mod#800181 or W100 or W120

Manufacturer: JennAir
Type of Appliance: Electric Wall Oven
Model Number: 800181 or W100 or W120
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

Looking for a wiring diagram for any of these three old JennAir single electric wall ovens.

800181, W100 or W120

Need to try and find a replacement universal oven t-stat that comes with a new knob - pretty simple oven t-stat, (only three wire connections).

All three of the above model numbers use oven t-stat Y700559 which is no longer available and need wiring diagram to see how it is wired and what I maybe able to use as a universal replacement.

Seems these are so ancient that finding any info on them is going to be difficult. The 800181 doesn't pull up anything, and the W100 and W120 numbers both pull up dozens of different results. Is it possible there's any more to those numbers?

@Son of Samurai Thanks for trying, the W100 and W120 also both have another version W100-C and W120-C, (I don't know what the "C" means).   W100, W120 are complete model numbers.

I have the 16000445 manual that has model numbers close to the above, (W104, W110, W122), but are completely different, (with self-clean and other things the old W100, W120 and 800181 models don't have).
