Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Customer reporting no spin, doesn’t complete cycle, and also clothes are coming out dirtier than they go in. Some type of sludge. Thanks in advance for any help!

Likely contenders being 11 years old 

needs new suspension rods , they are prob bouncy as a pogo stick 

remove inner bowl and clean out all the scrud

I was leaning that way as well after a few videos I’ve seen and the scud section in the manual. Thanks for the heads up!

It’s also possible the drain pump is overheating and cutting out during the spin 

this will cause during spin to stir up all the scrud onto the clothes

After putting the washer in service mode and finding error code 40 Bowl Disengage, I noticed the drain pump only runs for a few seconds at a time even though it is getting a constant 120volts from the control. I'll be ordering a new drain pump. Thanks for all the help!
