J5* Posted August 6, 2020 Posted August 6, 2020 Likely contenders being 11 years old needs new suspension rods , they are prob bouncy as a pogo stick remove inner bowl and clean out all the scrud 1
Rob Gabbard Posted August 6, 2020 Author Posted August 6, 2020 I was leaning that way as well after a few videos I’ve seen and the scud section in the manual. Thanks for the heads up!
J5* Posted August 6, 2020 Posted August 6, 2020 It’s also possible the drain pump is overheating and cutting out during the spin this will cause during spin to stir up all the scrud onto the clothes 1
Rob Gabbard Posted August 8, 2020 Author Posted August 8, 2020 After putting the washer in service mode and finding error code 40 Bowl Disengage, I noticed the drain pump only runs for a few seconds at a time even though it is getting a constant 120volts from the control. I'll be ordering a new drain pump. Thanks for all the help! 1
