Samasung drain line frozen (No defrost heater) RF34H9960S4/AA

I've got a newer samsung refrigerator I'm working on (RF34H9960S4/AA) that has a frozen drain tube from the fresh food section.  I spent a very long time putting hot water in and out of the tube with no no luck of getting through. I'm assuming the line is frozen all the way down a long. I was expecting the usual issue that requires the defrost element tab replaced but this unit does not even use a defrost element and drains out on the right hand side.

Is anyone aware of any service bulletins regarding this fridge, potentially a manufacturer defect?

I'm suspecting that the line freezes up from being run too close to the freezer.

Thanks for any and all help.

Google ice surrender, you can buy one or fabricate something like it to melt the ice.  Remove the drain tube in the machine compartment, check the duckbill for garbage.

Thanks Vance, I do have something like it fashioned. With an automotive tool and some long tubing. I cycled boiled water for about an hour and checked the end as well but it was clear.

I ended up speaking with a guy yesterday who said he encountered this before and he spent a couple hours just to get the line clear, but the issue came back a number of months later but he wasn't in the area anymore so never discovered a permanent solution.
