Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Did a site search and could only find a service pointer. I need the service manual.

I only see a service pointer for the RF217ACWP fridge in that post that deals with what looks like one specific design issue.

Ok here goes, not good with dropbox. Click the link for manual you want and a new tab should open.  Upper right corner will be a small box with an arrow pointing down and a bar under arrow - click that and select direct down load. Think the first time it will want you to sign in just click cancel and try again. Then select where you want it to down load.

Will try first thing tomorrow morning. I did just see that the service manual is indeed there. Thanks for your help!

I was able to download both the fast track and the complete service manual for the RF217AC* refrigerator using your advice Vance R! Thanks! Best part? I didn't have to become a Google drive expert in three easy lessons. lol
