Model #JT910CA2CC.  Convection, Bake and Broil pads come on.  However, I am unable to set the temperature with the number pad.  Is this a bad number pad(control panel) or Electronic Range control (ERC).  This oven has an ERC3-H model ERC.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Hi John, for this one, I would want to do a continuity test on the temp buttons. The wiring diagram should include a pinout matrix of the touchpad buttons to let you know which pair of ribbon pins to set you meter on for the continuity testing. If not, then it's a crap-shoot. If you need help reading the wiring diagram, post it here so I can rest my weary peepers on it.
