I have 2 of these freezers and one is obtaining some fluffy frost inside of it. Any ideas what would cause this.

Where is frost located.

near door or on back wall?

Make sure the door gasket has a tight seal and door hinge isn’t loose or bent. Make sure no food is blocking the vents. Simple freezer. Sounds like an air leak. If the freezer is overstuffed this will cause it to frost up. Make sure the cold control isn’t set to max setting either.
