If we have a manual that covers dis-assembly I missed it. I already have the part,the filter housing, but it is not clear to me how to install it.

Doesn't look like there is a service manual for this model, unfortunately.

In this service manual page 3.3 it uses the exact filter housing as your Model.

I got holder out OK then found that was not the prob. Went to reservoir and either something was stuck in the elbow that goes to the reservoir or the warmth of my fingers thawed out the small tube on the reservoir. I am not sure which but it is fixed for now. One thing I found strange and I may not be looking at this correctly is it looks like water leaves the reservoir and goes out the back of the ref. externally and goes to secondary valve. I would think that would sweat.
