Hi

I'm looking for a service manual for a Thermador electric single wall oven model # POD301J/05 which would also include the schematics and parts diagram.  

Repairclinc is only showing model number POD301J/05 or POD301J/03 or POD301/05 which I think are only gas ovens and the one I need is an electric single wall oven.

Also I cannot pull up parts list/parts diagram on Servicematters.com.

I have a customer who says their wall oven won't heat but but the display lights are working except for the fast preheat display.

I saw that but the illustration on the first page shows a double oven and this is a single oven (single wall oven).

Also, I need a parts diagram/list with associated OEM part numbers but I'm unable to find the parts diagram/list on servicematters.

My customer advised to me that neither the boil or bake elements are coming on. They just remain cold.

Looks like it applies to both single and double wall ovens, though.
