LG Refrigerator Model LFXS24623S/00 Working...Not Well

Hi

First, I want to thank you for any help.

Recently realized freezer is just barely freezing, despite being set at 0 degrees. Right now it's at 30 F. Cleaned coils behind exterior back panel and that fan works well. Compressor seems to cycle normally. I assumed that perhaps a/the freezer fan might have died, but both fans behind the back freezer panel (inside) seem to run well. I pulled the panel to be sure the coils in there weren't frozen too, and they're fine.

So, now what? Thanks for any help!!

Mike

Hi

I forgot something really important. The fridge returns an error code of FF -- which apparently means freezer fan, but I checked those and they seemed to be working fine.

Thanks!

Mike
