Maytag MFT2574DEM01 refrigerator leaking ice dispenser chute door/flap

Hello.

Maytag refrigerator MFT2574DEM01 dripping water down from ice dispenser chute door/flap, down the activating lever to tray below. Water dispenser is fine. To access this door, I think I need to remove front trim (part #5), touch pad (#9) etc. I was able to pop out the bottom 2/3rd of the trim and bottom edge of the plastic face plate. I can't figure how to remove top of the trim or the face plate. There are no access slots. I am unable to post pictures at this time.

My questions are:

1) Can someone help figure how to remove the trim and control pad?

2) None of the available parts diagrams show the chute door/flap. Can someone help with a part number and diagram for this, and instructions on how to replace?

If there are no screws underneath the panel probably is clipped in place. Looks like Item #2 Assyui stlth would pop out start at the bottom. The trim peice #5 may not need to come out. The flapper door is part of assembly #7 sep-assy mec.

The usual reason that door leaks is  because it is not sealing to cabinet. Remove the ice bin and look down from inside.  To confirm it is leaking you'll need to do the water test. It is a messy procedure, open door and remove ice bin.  Place towels on the floor and dispenser area.  Then pour in a cup of water into the chute from the ice bin area.  If it leaks out you have flapper not sealing. If it holds water you have other issues.  Then manually open flapper to release water. With either result you'll need to dry out the chute area,  flapper door and outer dispenser area completely.
