Kenmore Fridge 795.77543600 All of a sudden won't dispense ice or water

The power went out, when it came back on my fridge would not dispense water or ice, plus there was a puddle under the fridge. I know water is getting to the fridge, any ideas?

Try unplugging refrigerator and let it set for a minute before plugging back into power.  Both door have to closed for dispenser to work. Check for the child lock. The puddle on the floor could be overflow from the defrost tray. If the power was out for awhile there could have been alot of defrost water and no way for it to evaporate.
