Unit acting like low on refrigerant. No data plate. R12 compressor, not sure if it was charged with R12 or R134A. Suction pressure zero. Charged in about 7 oz. R414B. Showing 17 psi low side, 200 psi high side. Box not coming down, only time suction line is cool is while charging. Thinking maybe suction pressure is artificially high due to low side compressor valves?
