True GDM refridgerator Not cooling down.

I have a True GDM 3 door commercial refrigerator. I bought it brand new and it always worked but I recently stored it for 3 months due to covid and upon turning it back on to use it turns on and runs and at first would cool down to 30 degrees as it should, but then when I came back the next morning it would be still running but the cabin would be a blistering 80 degrees. To remedy this issue I cleaned out the condenser coils thoroughly and when I turned back on the refrigerator the fans would run but the condenser would not kick in. After waiting 40 mins the condenser finally kicked in but it only went down 10 degrees and it would turn off and the cabin of the refrigerator would heat up again. I am confused as to what the issue could be as its behavior is so weird. Id assume its some sort of electronic issue of a timer or control unit, But I am not sure.

Without model number hard to know.

electronic or mechanical controls?

If mechanical, sounds like typical burnt thermostat contacts.
