GI6SARXXF06 model, purchased in 2013. This is my mother in law's an hour a way.

Water dispenser works fine. Ice maker not getting water.

Primary water inlet valve W10498990 has 260 ohms.

Secondary water inlet valve W10312696,
top solenoid which feeds the ice maker has 190 ohms
bottom solenoid which feeds the water has 260 ohms

Looking back on it, i should've swapped the lines and connectors to see if it fixed it. Also should've plugged her back in and checked for voltage.

Are these readings in line with the tech sheet (which i can't find)?

Freezer setting at 0*F.

is it time for 10882923, ice maker assembly?

Tech sheet is in the toe plate or in a envelope behind the toe plate.  Ice maker fill tube froze? You should be able to force cycle ice maker by jumping T to H on the ice maker module. Measure voltage at V to N on the module at during cycle, at the fill position there should be about 100 vac for 5 to 7 seconds. You can repeat the procedure for each water valve if needed.
