GE Dishwasher Issues

I have a customer with a GE dishwasher M#GDF610PSJ2SS purchased in 2016.  The dishwasher upon arrival had no power.  Diagnosed main control board as faulty, returned and replaced the main control board worked for one load of dishes then went to a dead condition again, went out and diagnosed problem with main control board again, returned with main control board, installed and diagnostics is telling us to replace the motherboard (software error replace motherboard).  Very frustrating and GE won't answer any questions since we aren't a GE warranty servicer.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Customer is frustrated and so are we.

There is a Service Bulletin DD02-18 (google it) which doesn't exactly match your model, but is something to consider.

This issue causes a "dead condition" and requires replacing the Heating Element and updating the software, which you probably won't be able to do... tough situation.

Or maybe somebody else can chime in with better news.
