Manufacturer: General Electric
Type of Appliance: Double Oven (Convection)
Model Number: JT952S0K4SS
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

I have a General Electric Double Oven Convection  Model Number JT952S0K4SS.  We replaced the convection fan motor assembly and and the control board because the fan shaft was warn out and the control board was not allowing the door lock to function properly.  after the installation of the parts it appeared to work normal.  The door lock was not working properly and the fan function was restored.  I tested all the functions, broiler, and bake for both oven and set temp and 350 degrees for both ovens on bake and all tested good.  broilers reached max temp quickly.  all good, leave customer site and next day oven will not heat over 100 degrees for both oven.  no tech sheet with oven! I was doing searches for this model number and no luck yet.

follow up appointment for Tuesday .

Thanks,

Joe Black

Thanks for the info, any ideas on what is causing it to only heat to 100 degrees or is that a false reading, I have been out twice, reseated all the connections and tested all good, both baking and broiler elements worked, the call out it was an hour and the second call out in was two days. ?

IIRC, 100 is the minimum temperature the controller can display. It's probably not heating at all

I'd check to make sure the unit is getting 220 volts.
