LG LFX25971SW Refrigerator

I have a 12 year old LG Fridge.  This model has the freezer on the bottom.

The freezer is plenty cold.  Everything is Rock solid and the front door display reads -1.   The door seal freezer and top, look good.

I am getting a leak from somewhere that is causing a sheet of ice to form in the bottom of the freezer and small puddles around the two front feet.

In the past, I have had to replace the water cutoff valve because the incoming water pressure was too high.   I ended up putting a pressure regulator on the incoming water line (along with a new valve) , and that problems was resolved.

I have checked for leakage around the water filter and dont see anything.  I also dont see any leakage around the water dispenser or the icemaker.  In fact, I dont see any sign of water trickling down anywhere.

The temp in the fridge is 38 and not seeing any liquid in the bottom of the fridge.

I check the condensate pan in the bottom back and it is dry.

Thoughts?

Defrost drain is iced up. Remove evaporator cover and deice drain. Steamer works the best to rpevent damaging the plastic liner.
