dDE Error on Combo Washer/Dryer

Model number: WM3455HW

Having a terrible time with my unit! I have fixed it numerous times. What else could it be? I have replaced the drain pump (that broke a few months ago). I changed the wire with the thermal fuse going from the heating element to the thermostat (that blew a few weeks ago).

Right now the heating element isnt getting hot. I dont know if it is because there is something wrong with the board, the heating element, wiring or something else. Thank you so much for any help you can provide. I am definitely new to DIY appliance repair but have learned a ton and am committed to figuring this out.
