Replacing a door gasket in my Kenmore dishwasher 665.13543N411 - not doing too well!

I've done a few washes and there's a tiny amount of water coming out the bottom left of the DW - we're talking drops. If I was a single guy I would stick a towel under there and live with it but I'm not single (yet). :)

The main door gasket looks good so I'm gonna guess it's the screw with the rounded hex head holding the lower seal in (it coincides with the leak location). I figure I either  1) overtightened and stripped the threads in the seal so it's not holding tightly enough, or 2) I didn't tighten enough so it's not holding tightly enough. I'd like to redo the seal install with all new screws but that one with the rounded-off head is not going without a fight. Looks like my lucky streak fixing my appliances has come to an end! At least we're washing dishes so it's not a complete disaster.

Vance, thanks a ton for all your time and helpful advice. I'm gonna try to not bother anyone here (for a while anyway, lol) so all the best to you and stay safe!

Well, I'm throwing in the towel on this. Whatever is causing this leak, it's gonna take someone above my pay grade to fix. Since I trimmed the ends of the top seal so they stick out about 2" on each side (as the u-tubes say to do), the leak has gotten worse. I took out & reinstalled the bottom seal. I also cleaned up all the accumulated old detergent & hard water crud from that area, and leveled the DW per the directions in the install manual. I inspected the seals as best I could, looking for any abnormalities.  Nothing I can see looks wrong. I tried!
