I know there is a manual but any service bulletins would be appreciated.

@john63, do you know of any service bulletins for this model?

In GSFS there are 20 service bulletins - most part change info and this one the light relay sticks on and lamps melts the the cover and liner. Any paticular issue?

Freezer had frost on the evap cover but evap was fine. Ice maker had some frost build but worked fine. I suspected a door left open but would have normally seen more ice in the freezer box.

Couldn't find anything on defrost issues beyond just basic information. Think on a different model there was a issue of water getting behind the insulation of the cover and frost would build up on the outside of cover.
