samsung fridge Model #RF323TEDBSR  Serial #V35343CC801246N  I've replaced the back panel, heater, defrost limiter, defrost sensor and both fridge door gaskets and still getting ice build up around the fan, same errors 25e and 22e.

any idea where the ice build up coming from? Thank you

Error codes

22e is loss of feedback signal to the board - fancy way to say fan motor has stopped.

25e is deforst error continous heater for more than 80 minutes. Ohm out the heater circuit from the board  connector cn70 pins 1 and 3 should be 120 ohms. If read open circuit could be temp fuse, heater or wiring.  Would also recommend replacing defrost thermistor.

If you are talking about ice build up in upper right where the tubing enters the cabinet this one of those on going issues with several fixes.  My current fix is to deice and dry out the black insulation around the tubing. Carefully remove as much insulation as practical then seal the area with silicone or rtv. You can also extend the defrost time or add a heater to the area.

the heater I put in had a defrost limiter in-line with the heater, but the original doesn't have one on it, so do I remove the single defrost limiter and just use the one that in-line with the heater?

Not sure about the one you added, in the wiring diagram they show what looks like a temp fuse for safety. Need to ohm out the circuit from the board to find out if circuit is good.
