Whirlpool Duet Washer WFW9150WW02 - Error Code F9E2

I was getting F1E1 error code.  After replacing many parts (drain pump, lock latch, water inlet valve)  and sending the CCU to Circuitboard Medics, I'm now getting F9E2 at the very end end of the Spin Cycle.

Twice, I've been able to avoid the error code by opening up the drain pump and capturing the sort of soapy water in a pan.  I'm trying to use the appropriate amount or even less soap than usually as I've been doing laundry by hand and have likely not been rinsing all the soap out of large items completely.

Also, I think the CCU or something close by smells.  Could that be the repair?  Or the new drain pump during out new part gunga?

I don't want to be getting error codes forever... what should I do next?

Shoot... I just ran another load (of towels) and opening the drain pump didn't work this time.

It shut off at the very end and gave me F9E2.

The water seems pretty soapy (I used less than the called for amount of Persil).. maybe that's normal?

Could this be a lock latch issue?

CCU losing communications with pump. Bad pump or jambed, bad wire harness, or bad CCU.

Likely would’ve been cheaper to hire a tech.

Try looking at the water level trap located next to the water heating element at the back, under the motor, it's probably clogged so the CCU doesn't know that the water went out and send out the F9E2 error

Also look under the washer where the water goes to the pump, there is a plastic ball inside the tube and maybe it's full of hair or clogged
