Need Help - LG Combo Washer Dryer WM3488

I have a LG WM3488/HW. I recently took it apart to replace the drum bearing and spider on it. It is now put back together however cold water is no longer injected into the condensation chamber when it is running it dry model.

The dryer water inlet controller does not release water when it is drying. It normally injects a little cold water into the condensation chamber ever 30 seconds right after the drain pump runs.

I have tested and swapped out the Water Inlet Valve. The dryer water inlet valve will run when the it is in test mode which makes me think there's some issue with the cycle or electronic controls.

I also tested almost every other component which seems to run fine.

I replaced the main control board and still have the same issue.

I am thinking about also replacing the display control board because that part was disconnected during the bearing replacement.

Does anyone know if the LCD display control board stores the wash and dry cycles or is that done by the main control board?

I'm not great at reading schematics, but I believe the C/Duct and Dry V/V functions might be related to this problem.
