Can't find any information for this cooktop, i have two cooktops wolf  the model # are almost the same .

Either this cooktop is so old that it was built before Sub-Zero or it's a Wolf commercial cooktop. You can see on the model number tag "Wolf Range Company, Compton, California". That means this range was built before Sub-Zero bought the residential division decades ago. Today, Wolf commercial ranges are not built by Sub-Zero, which bought and builds Wolf residential ranges.
