PFSS6PKWASS GE Refrigerator - Control panel randomly cycles through temps

Hi...my refrigerator is randomly cycling through temperatures on the control panel (see enclosed video). This happens randomly. It will do this for a short period of time, stop, then return again randomly. I checked for blockages from ice, food, etc but everything seems in working order. I also took the rear panel off and vacuumed out the interior. Any ideas why the control panel would be doing this?

You have a stuck key on that touch pad or moisture got into it,  probably need a new touch pad
