GE PSC23NSWASS Refrigerator Water Tank Leak

Recommended Posts

Posted

Hi all,

The water tank was leaking and I ordered a replacement, and installed the new one, but unfortunately I'm still not getting any water dispenser flow.

I noticed while behind the fridge that there are two water lines unplugged, and I worry that I may have dislodged one accidentally. Currently there is the line from the new water tank and a short one from (what I think is) the flow meter disconnected. The other (right, when viewed from the back) connection on the flow meter looks to have broken off. I have the Precise Fill feature on this fridge, and I wonder if the line from the water tank should instead connect to the flow meter, with the short line from the flow meter connecting to the water inlet valve. If this is the case, I think I will need to replace the flow meter, as it is broken. Any help would really be appreciated!
