New drain pump and running still no drain - you have a blockage somewhere in the intake or drain hose.  Presume you checked the intake when changing the pump so that leave the hose.

Most common clogg i see is under the sink where the drain hose connects to sink drain since it goes to a smaller connection,  if you disconnected and still not draining well i would look into the drain hose just around where you put it into the sink drain,  if you cant see anything there you can either take hose completely out and cleaned it out in the shower,  otherwise what i would do is disconnect the hose bythe pump and with nitrogen or air pressure drain blaster would blow it out,  good luck,

I only have a small piece of the check valve. Looks like a T where would the rest of the valve be. And could this be the problem.

FIXED IT. I was the rubber check valve broken and stuck in the drain hose. Also while cleaning out the hose I noticed another  rubber piece that was stuck in the hose and was rem0ved . To my surprise it belonged there.  Had to buy a new drain hose. Working fine now.
