Bosch model Shv46c13uc/30 not getting hot and steamy. I changed out the heater unit, same problem. I ordered a new control board. Any opinions/advice on changing the board. Thanks in advance.

On this models i have seen a few that the board failed and no power out of board to heater,  you can test it by running a cycle and testing if you getting voltage to heater,  you can test from board if you know which is the heater circuit
