KDRP467KSS07 Range seems to be losing power

I was working on this range for a customer and couldn’t really figure it out very well. It was working fine while I was there (go figure) so troubleshooting was a little more difficult. According to my customer they would set for bake and the unit would start the bake, relays would click on and off and then it would just cancel the cycle on its own and the display will show End. They’d rotate the selector knob to reset and then back to bake and it would do the same thing. One time it also gave the PF code for power failure. I’m the third technician from our company to look at it. So far we’ve replaced both control boards (one of them used since we couldn’t get a new one) and the issue persists. Wiring connections at the terminal block were good, nothing loose there. There’s a transformer for the main board that I thought might be causing the issue (since it gave the PF code randomly), but I wasn’t sure what all to check. Might just have to tell them we can’t fix it, but I’m curious if anyone has any ideas?

May want to look the solder connection over for ring cracking on the module. The tech sheet indicates the transformer has a 20 vac secondary output.

I see that now, guess I should have checked to make sure I was getting that 20vac from the transformer. You’re saying the solder connection on the main control?

Yes, bigger heavy terminals and/ or heavy current terminals tend to get ring cracks over time.
