Hello, I have a Samsung combi fridge, the model is RB31FEJNCSS.

I have a problem, it is leaking water from the freezer, the drain hose is not blocked, but it freezes after some time.

The water drops to the metallic plate of the bottom and it freezes there, blocking the drain hose, and after a week or so he whole bottom of the freezer is full of ice and he water starts leaking out of the door of the freezer.

In the image the freezer is just defrosted, but it is starting to make ice again.

Any idea what the problem could be?

It looks like the defrost cycle is too short, so the water doesn't have enough time to drip and drain out.

I'd try replacing the Defrost Sensor (thermistor), because it could be out of spec (bad).

It's a white sensor with yellow wires, and they go bad after a while because of the hostile environment in the freezer.

+1 for thermistor.

Check the drain tube in the compressor compartment for blockage. You can also try the extended heat probe DA61-06796a.
