Fridge is not cooling properly. It looks like the R43 transistor is bad. It’s  all black and burnt looking. However, the the fans work properly.

The r43 Resistor is for the evaporator fan motor. change out that evaporator fan in the freezer along with the new board. You will blow out that resistor again in time if you dont replace the evaporator fan along with the new board.
