Refrigerator PSS26NGPA Plenum Fan Evaporator Removal (GE Arctica)

The freezer fan was occasionally sounding like it was hitting something.
I already received the new fan blade.
I was planning on fixing it this weekend, after I learned how.
But tonight, the fan sounded like it was binding - I heard the motor but no spinning fan, so I'm doing it right now.

Anyway, I took out the ice maker bin, and drive, and then the ice making unit itself.
Seems like I am close, but the ' Plenum Fan Evaporator ' does not want to play nicely.
I took two screws out of the top of the PFE , but I cant get it out - it seems connected inside and down low somehow ?

Quick (ice) help needed, please.

Think this video is close enough to help:

All done now.  As the video pointed out, the magic was in taking out the lower panel (and the drawer slides to boot).

Thanks, Vance.
