So I believe I found the manual by just backing off the 013 with no *wild card. Just want to verify that this one will also work

795.51312.014 can I assume that all 795.51312 with any 3 digits on the end will suffice.

Yes, there are two service manual that come up and it looks like you downloaded both.

Odor. Food (garlic, kimchi, etc) And whoever heard a customer complain the freezer is over freezing ?

And why do they need to tell us the same thing more than once. Are straight LG manuals just as bad ?
