Samsung washer model WF42H5000AW/A2 UE error...

The floor was uneven so I balanced the machine with the legs and underneath support.  Still get UE error.  I have done some reading.  There is a nut on the bottom of the machine that comes loose and the suspension rods may need replacement.  Not sure about this one.  Anyone with experience on this top load Samsung washer?

  • The room needs a firm, level surface without carpeting or slippery flooring. If the washing machine can slide when weight shifts inside, it will cause unbalanced load errors.
