Maytag/Magic Chef upright freezer CFU2046GRW. Ice buildup at bottom of freezer

As stated in title, the bottom basket of this freezer became one large block of ice. From what I am seeing online this appears possibly some type of drain issue or something like that. Can anyone shed some light on this as to where to look for drain line that might be clogged. Assuming that the drain has to be accessible from both inside and outside of the freezer but not sure where to be looking as the parts diagram that I have located doesn't reference a drain of any sort. Thanks for any help you can offer.
