Gas oven range JGB760SEF1SS rattles and does not work after auto clean attempt

My wife finally tried to do an auto clean on a GE gas range JGB760SEF1SS.   A rattling noise started.  A oven lock icon appeared on the control panel.  She pressed the door closer, opened it, reset the power chord.  Now the oven appears to be broken.  When we plug in power now the oven just rattles and nothing works.  The door can be open and closed.

Not sure what you are triying to say here. Did she push the button or push the door closed? The noise you are probably hearing is the door lock cycling or trying to cycle.  With the range unplugged use a stiff wire bent into a hook shape to pull the latch to one side to open the door. Once the door is open plug in the range to see if the lock mech will move and come to home position. If it just makes noise and doesn't move the mech will need to be replaced.
