Jessematthew Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 (edited) Manufacturer: Viking Type of Appliance: Gas double oven 60” range Model Number: VGCC5606Gsslp Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes Need tech sheet for this Viking Range.. the left oven and griddle will not spark at all . The right oven and all the too burners work perfectly. I think the DSI module is bad but just curious about both modules being bad. Or if it’s something in common with them both Edited December 24, 2020 by Jessematthew
Terry Carmen Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 Are you sure about the model number? I can't find anything on that anywhere.
Jessematthew Posted December 24, 2020 Author Posted December 24, 2020 I’m pretty sure I know I’m having trouble finding it too. VDSC560-6G is on the owners manual and I can’t find anything on it either

The service manual is here in the files section. > the left oven and griddle will not spark at all . The griddle has it's own board that controls the ignitor spark and gas valve and temperature. The ovens are apparently electric if the service manual/model number is correct, and each oven has it's own control board. I'd probably start by looking at the wiring where the power supply cable or line cord is attached. The oven and griddle don't seem to share much else.
Jessematthew Posted December 24, 2020 Author Posted December 24, 2020 It’s all gas even the oven , I appreciate the help I’ve had trouble finding the correct wiring diagram but I will trace the wiring out.. I ordered a DSI module so I will no more next week .. thank you
Jessematthew Posted January 14, 2021 Author Posted January 14, 2021 Problem was both of the dsi modules thanks
