While preheating my oven in the bake setting, there was a spark and the control panel went out.  The stovetop still work.  I opened the back and noticed that the power relay (G8P-1C4P-V DC12) next to L1 and L2 and noticed the terminals were burnt.  I need to replace this relay but is it possible, I need to replace anything else on this board?

Without a model number to lookup parts information here is my best guess. Generally the module is sold as one piece so component level repair are not needed. If you have the ability it is possible to replace just the needed components. You can get get the relay from electronic place on the web or ebay. Replacing the wire terminals would a good idea as well.
