For some reason, I’m not able to look at any service bulletins. I get the message that I do not have permission to access this file even though I am logged in.

Hi Dan,

It looks like you hit the download limit of 35 downloads per day. That's a safety that we have in place to make sure no one member can take up to many server resources at a time.

It's very unusual for a user to hit that limit -- is there any particular reason you were downloading more than usual today?
