Refrigerator Water dispenser randomly sticking

Model Number: 106.51763510
Brand: Sears Kenmore
French Door Refrigerator/Freezer dispenses water but the water does not always stop after releasing the dispenser pad. It stops when one of the refrigerator doors is opened. I've removed the front control panel and false wall but there does not appear to be a switch that triggers the dispenser, instead the pad is wired up to the main control board. Is there a switch elsewhere that may need replacing/greasing or am I looking at a control panel issue?
