ok guys dishwasher fills with water does a bunch of clicking and drains water.Does not wash ? Ran a diagnostic test came up f7-e1 which it is telling me a bad heater checked heater its ok.So what can it be?

The control will automatically disable the heater if the wash pump isn't circulating water. Something is keeping your wash pump from running. The model number in the title doesn't bring up anything, if you update this with the correct or full model number I may be able to help you further. 

 

Edit: I'm gonna assume that the correct model number is WDF770SAFZ1. 

Since you checked for error codes you obviously know how to run the diagnostic cycle. Check to make sure the board is sending 120V to the motor when the motor is supposed to be running. If it is, you know the board is good.

This style dishwasher uses a diverter to alternate what spray arm is getting water pumped through it. If you remove the kickplate the diverter is a white plastic piece roughly in the center of the bottom, with two connectors on it; one with blue wires and one with red. Oftentimes there'll be a leak through this diverter, you'll see it either as an active drip leak when the dishwasher is running, or see mineral spots underneath the dishwasher if the water has dried up. Sometimes the water will find its way into the diverter connector with the red wires and corrode that. You can disconnect that connector and inspect it; if it's green and nasty you'll need a new wiring harness (part number W11243205) if not you just need a new sump assembly (part number WPW10671942).
