GE electric tech sheet/service manual/parts list diagram needed model DVLR223EG0WW

Hi

I'm looking for the GE electric dryer tech sheet/service manual/parts list diagram for model DVLR223EG0WW which would also include the schematics and parts diagram/list.

Uses the same mini manual as this one.

As techs, we're always at the mercy of the manufacturers when it comes to what info they provide us with. For whatever reason, GE put out a skimpy mini manual for this model. Nothing that can be done about it.

Besides, this is a simple dryer with a mechanical timer. A schematic and a timing chart should be all you need for troubleshooting.

I'm confused on how to go about testing the timer based on the timing chart for this model.  Could you explain to me how I would run the test on the timer exactly?  Customer complaint is that the dryer won't turn off (timer not advancing) and there's no heat.

We have a webinar recording all about how to troubleshoot using a timing chart. It goes into a lot of detail, including walking through troubleshooting examples. And it's completely free to watch with your membership! I'd recommend starting there.
