Model gfwr2700h1ww G.E. Front Loading Washing Machine wobbles at the beginning of the spin cycle only

My whole tub assembly seems to only wobble at the beginning of a spin cycle. It wobbles pretty good for about 3-5 seconds to the point where the entire machine is shaking/wobbling and then as the rpms increase it evens out and all is well. I'm very confused about what is happening. I have replaced all four dampers at the bottom. It has four new feet that are tight and locked down. The machine is level. It has a new tub with new balance rings. It has a new rear tub assembly with the two bearings and seal. The tub and rear assembly are tight with no play. The two springs that hold it up on each side seem fine. I am beginning to wonder if the new tub or new balance rings are causing the issue. Please if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated. I can try to provide video as well if need be. Thank you very much.

Must be cold where the washer is located. The parts list indicates there is a balance ring on the front of the basket.. The ring is full  of viscous fluid and ceramic ball bearing to help balance loads. Since i'm more familair with samsung i'll use there specs, GE should be similar. The basket has to reach 350 rpms to get the ball to move into place. In cooler weather the fluid get stiffer and it takes long to get the balls to move. The whole machine can hop, shake and move before this happens.  BTW samsung defines cooler weather as lower than 55 tp 60 deg f.  Best advise is to make sure the machine is level and do your first load with "hot" water to help warm the balance fluid.

Thank you so much for the quick response. I meant to reply sooner than now. Unfortunately I tried what you suggested and the washing machine is still acting the same. I am so dumbfounded as to why this is still wobbling after everything that stabilizes the tub has been replaced. It only does it during the lower rpms of the spin cycle. It does it at the beginning of the "load sense" as well. Only when the tub is increasing in rpms it will wobble then straighten out and then it is fine. I just don't understand. The inner tub is brand new. The rear outer tub assembly is brand new with bearings and seal. The dampers are new. The machine is level and the legs are tight and secure. The idea that the machine was in a cold environment was genius I thought and made absolute sense because it sits right in front of our back door and it is winter time. We also live in a mobile home so its not insulated like a house of course. I was super happy but that was short lived when I ran a "extra hot" load and waited for the spin cycle only to see it was not the cold temperature affecting the fluid in the balance rings. I at a loss. Thanks for your help and if you or anyone else can think of anything else it is greatly appreciated.

does it shake the house too? If the floor doesn't have enough stability to absorb the weight it can sometimes effect the spin cycle similar to an unlevel washer. Is the dryer moving when the washer is trying to spin?

Sometimes you can overcome this by building a stand for both the washer and dryer and distribute the weight over a larger area. When building make sure you are building something strong enough for an elephant to dance on. I've even seen this in new homes when the washer is on a third floor.

Some wobble is normal. Dancing is not.
