Frigidaire Top Load Washer FWS445RFS2 LEAKING

Can anyone offer advice on how to get the tub to stop leaking on this washer.

I have installed new seals in the outer tub and have followed the instructions from several DIY videos.

I have done this three times, and each time I get the same leak.

On the last try I even used Permatex to fix the OD of the seal to the tub. Same problem. The waster is weeping into the space between the lower part of the tub and where it meets the teflon washer on the transmission.

Is it possible that the tub has cracked? I have searched and searched and can't find anything...

Its possible there could be a crack, seems like you have done the normal fix for this problem

I have tested by filling with water up to the line of the seal. I would think it there was a crack, I would see a leak with this situation, but I don't.
