I'm looking for the Maytag Centennial electric oven tech sheet/service manual/parts list diagram for model MEDC215EW0 which would also include the schematics and parts diagram/list.  

I could not find model MEDC215EW0 on repairclinic What repairclinic shows is just MEDC215EW1.  However MEDC215EW0 is on searspartsdirect.com if that helps.
